Formed in 2011, Quiet Stars' sound leans toward the indie/post rock side of the spectrum, with resonant, swirling guitars, classic synths, and lively rhythm section – all with an underlying sense of urgency. The band's dynamic sound is reminiscent of such contemporaries as Built to Spill, Pedro the Lion, Codeine, Drop Nineteens, and Bedhead.
